*Players should attend on the nights they are registered for.

**Players will be divided into groups of similar ages & abilities to make play more challenging & appropriate for all players. 

1v1 Attacking & Ball Mastery

Cost: $119.99 (6 week session)
Players will be divided into groups of similar ages & abilities to make play more challenging & appropriate for all players. This Clinic will focus on players gaining mastery of their individual skills with the ball so they can be confident in their dribbling and 1v1 abilities to take on defenders, while also teaching them to keep possession in tight spaces, and setup attacking plays. Exercises will be high intensity & fast paced with lots of technical repetition. The aim will be for players to receive 1000+ touches on the ball in each session.

Striking & Finishing with Goalkeepers

Cost: $119.99 (6 week session)

This class will be focused on Proper Ball Striking Techniques. Sessions will be fast paced with quick finishing exercises for players to receive 500-1000 striking repetitions to develop their Understanding, Comfort, & Confidence Striking the Ball. Goalkeepers will also be incorporated into the session to make finishing more realistic. Fundamental Striking Techniques will be constantly Re-enforced: Angle of Approach, Plant Foot, Body Form & Balance, Contact with Instep, Contact Point on Ball, Follow Through, Rotation of Hips, Kicking Mechanics, Kinetic Chain of Energy, Head & Focus, Accuracy & Intent.

Winter Skills Clinics

Cost: $119.99 (6 week session)

Our Rec/Rec Plus Skills Clinics will provide additional training and teaching of the fundamentals of soccer. Weekly technical topics will focus on the techniques of dribbling, ball mastery, passing, receiving, striking, finishing and defending through small-sided activities. Players will also compete in several small-sided competitions including 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v3 etc... Clinics age groups will be sorted based on players age and grade level. The RPA clinics are best suited for players who currently play in Recreational, Rec Plus or beginner levels of play. Our staff will organize players into smaller ability-based groups as the clinic progress and we get to know the players better.

20/20/20 Clinic

Cost: $119.99 (6 week session)

Clinic broken down into (3) unique parts 20 minutes at a time. 

Part 1: 20 minutes of Speed & Agility work without a ball.  Players will work on running, jumping, acceleration, quick movements requires changes of speed and direction.  Will include agility ladder and hurdle work.

Part 2: 20 minutes of Individual technical work.  Each player will have a ball and spent time focusing on repetitive dribbling, turning and juggling techniques and skills.

Part 3: 20 minutes of small sided competition.  Including 1v1, 2v1, 2v2, 3v2 and 3v3 transitional competitions.  These competitions will provide game-like fast paced competitive moments forcing players to react quickly and think proactively.

GOAT Factory Reaction Skills

Compete to see where your footwork, first touch, ball movement, passing accuracy and speed of play stack up against players of similar ages and abilities!

Across our five-week course, players will train on:
