All Check In for the Turf Invitational is done electronically through GotSoccer.
Check In must be completed by Friday, February 26th 2021
How to Register:
- Log into your GotSoccer Team Account and select Indy Premier Turf Invitational under Event Registration History.
- Click Documents Tab and upload the following documents (PDF Format)
- Official Team Roster (stamped and approved by your State Association)
- Player and Coach cards (every participating player/coach)
- Medical Release Waiver (1 document- every participant listed/signed)
- Travel Permit (only for teams outside of Indiana)
- COVID-19 Acknowledgement Form (1 document signed/submitted- team official must send each participant COVID-19 Protocols & Procedures documents)
