HALLOWEEN CLASSIC CHECK IN

All team check-in must be completed online again this year, we will not be accepting any in-person registration documents, they must be uploaded into your GotSport account. We require the following for every team, see below for instructions on how to upload documents in your GotSport account.

- Copy of Roster- validated by state association (Hand write all guest player information at bottom of roster)

- Copy of Player Cards- including all Guest Player(s)

- Copy of Travel Permit- required for all teams outside of Indiana Soccer

*All teams must bring copies of Medical Release Forms with them for ALL players. They do not need to be uploaded but must be on hand in case of emergency.
