Team Check-In 

Team check-in will be on FRIDAY evening for each weekend of play at the Cambria Suites located just a few minutes north of our game fields.

The address is: 13500 Tegler Drive, Noblesville, IN, 46060.  Registration runs 6:00 to 9:00 PM.

Placing teams in the proper bracket helps create the competitive weekend of soccer that we all strive for.  Our Directors of Coaching are responsible for the final placement of teams into our tournament brackets.

2016 Tournament Apparel

Please note: not all styles and colors will be offered on-site.  All online orders must be placed by October 5th! 

All pre-sale merchandise will be packaged for delivery by team during tournament registration--your manager will receive your entire team's order and instructions on how to distribute to individual families... no orders will be shipped directly to you before the tournament.

Medical services for the 25th Annual Halloween Classic are provided through our friends at Central Indiana Orthopedics, PC and Sports Medicine. Central Indiana Orthopedics and Sports Medicine specializes in the comprehensive management of athletic injuries and provides state of the art treatment in a caring, sophisticated environment. Central Indiana Orthopedics and Sports Medicine's goal is to improve the identification, prevention, treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries for the recreational to the elite athlete.


USYSA Sanctioned Tournament

The Indy Premier Halloween Classic is open to club travel teams who play a regular league schedule. All teams must be registered and in good standing with their affiliated association. Permission-to-travel forms, validated player passes with photos & player signatures, official team rosters, parent-signed team waiver and notarized medical release forms will be required of all teams in the Classic.                     

In all age divisions, a team may bring up to three (3) guest players. The total number of players may not exceed the maximum roster size for the age group. Allguest players are required to possess a valid player pass from their governing association, and players may register and play with only one team during the tournament. Players participating on more than one team will be disqualified from the tournament, along with the teams for which they played.

U-9 and U10 games will be 7v7 but we will have a special U11 division for U10 high level teams to play 9v9. U11 and U12 games will play 9v9 and U13 through U15 games play full-sided 11v11. ALL U11-U15 GAMES will use a three licensed referee system, with one referee used per game on U9/U10 games.
